Letbæk Lake and Kraruplund Forest: Length: 5 km.
A popular route starts at the car park at Letbæk Sø.
From here you can follow the path around the lake, where you can often see black swans and ducks. After the trip around the lake, you can cross the road and continue into Kraruplund Forest, which is known as Denmark's westernmost beech forest. The forest offers beautiful, straight trees and a rich fauna. Along the way, you can come across the ruins of an old forest house from around 1900.
